Growth Phase 1
We provide funding opportunities for seasoned operators and fund managers who have a demonstrated history of successful deals yielding annual returns ranging from 6% to 8% and an internal rate of return (IRR) of at least 12% or higher. Our focus is on raising capital for individuals and teams with proven track records in delivering strong financial performance.
Growth Phase 2
We are actively seeking funding for our own acquisitions and syndications. We actively engage in the general partner operations of assets that are under management. Our deals will yield annual returns ranging from 6% to 8% and an internal rate of return (IRR) of at least 12% or higher.
Growth Phase 3
We are actively seeking funding for our own land and affordable housing initiatives. Our strategy involves leasing our properties to non-profit organizations that specialize in offering housing solutions. Through this approach, we aim to address the pressing need for accessible housing options.
